Our Story: Why Ali Gibson Support Was Created

Ali Gibson Support Limited was founded by Alison Gibson, a dedicated professional with over 25 years of experience in care and more than a decade of running her own care business. But for Alison, this was never just about business—it was deeply personal.

The inspiration behind Ali Gibson Support came from Alison’s own experience when both of her parents were diagnosed with terminal illnesses. During this difficult time, she witnessed firsthand the subpar care they received from other providers. It was a heartbreaking realization—if her own parents were subjected to such poor-quality care, how many others were facing the same reality?

Alison couldn’t stand by and do nothing. She knew that care should be compassionate, professional, and dignified, and she was determined to prove that good carers and support workers do exist—that people deserve better. And so, Ali Gibson Support was born.
